- Comments: "Saw a Harris Hawk on a power line. It appeared that something was attached, hanging from its leg. At first glance, I thought it was a snake, however after seeing it the next day as well, I realized it was not a snake. I confirmed all the markings, beak, legs, white rail markings and I’m fairly certain it’s a Harris Hawk"
