Richard, thanks for that update. I should clarify that when I refer to FOY, I just mean for myself, not necessarily for the state. In the future I will make this clear in order to avoid any confusion. I don't track statewide sightings closely enough to be an authority on whether my FOYs are also state or county FOYs. Glad you brought this up.
