7:30 am Brown Thrasher singing it’s heart out high in my garden - what an incredible, varied and melodious repertoire! Rich basso! Rare here.
Also interesting behavior: male Red-bellied woodpecker allowing his mate to share the peanut feeder - normally he chases off all comers.
