Weather: Rain was steady throughout the watch period but did feature a few periods when the sky lightened and appeared to offer hope of clearing . This did not happen.
Raptor Observations: A resident American Kestral was the only raptor seen.
Non-raptor Observations: European Starlings and American Robins were present in good numbers.
