Hi all,
I just heard from the captain of the Santa Cruz Whale Watching ship, and they had a Masked or Nazca Booby land on the boat just outside of Natural Bridges SB this evening during a twilight fishing trip. I am putting this out there, as the bird may well roost somewhere nearby tonight. I am attaching the photo she sent me, with her permission. I think it is a Masked Booby, but I am not a booby expert.
That's all the details I have, but wanted to let folks know.
