Weather: Light to moderate ENE breeze. Starting out full clouds and ending with partly sunny. Temps ~13 degrees C.
Raptor Observations: The first two hours and the fourth hour had a small trickle of raptors, sandwiched around the third hour which had an explosion of birds.
Local birds consisted of a couple of Turkey Vultures and Red-tailed Hawks.
Non-raptor Observations: Common Loon and Common Raven, and the usual.
