Each year I wonder if there will still be a junco in the yard when "my" ruby throated hummingbird returns. Usually there's about a week between the last junco and the first hummingbird appearance but this year I missed it by a day. Maybe the junco that was in the yard yesterday is still around, but the hummingbird showed up this morning.
