Official Counter: Nick Bolgiano, Thomas Filip

Observers: Debra Rittlemann, Jon Kauffman, Ken Bowman, Nick Bolgiano,
Tom Filip

Weather:
Mostly sunny with SSW wind at 5-10mph. Low of 4℃, high of 18℃.

Raptor Observations:
No GOEA spotted today.

Other migrating raptors include 2 OSPR, 1 BAEA, 3 RTHA, 10 BWHA, 1 SSHA,
and 1 MERL.

Spotting was difficult today with most of the raptors being high up against
the clear blue sky. The wind didn't really cooperate with us either and did
not get as strong as we thought, which probably led to a weaker flight than
what we hoped for. The SSHA we spotted was very high up and we only saw it
because it was going after a RTHA that we were already looking at. I'm sure
there were other small raptors too high to see with binoculars.

Non-raptor Observations:
https://ebird.org/checklist/S325217694

A slow day for flyovers which included 4 COLO, 2 CHSW, 4 EUST, 1 AMRO, and
5 AGOL.

Predictions:
Cloudy and 2-4mph SW wind shifting to partly cloudy and 8-11mph WNW wind by
the end of the day. Not great conditions, but today's wind could have
brought some migrants closer to us that we may see tomorrow.
