Subject: [ia-bird] Hooded Warbler at George Wyth State Park, Black Hawk County IA
This afternoon i found a hooded warbler, adult male, on the dirt trail on
top of the dike along the south shore of George Wyth Lake. It was not
singing, but was foraging in the underbrush along the trail, where it
afforded many very close views for my son and me. We left the location at
around 4:10 p.m.
