Weather:
Mostly cloudy with showers around and cumulus clouds mixed with
lower dark clouds. A bit of a shower to start and another at the
end. 47 to 53 degrees with the temperatures fluctuating depending
on the cloud cover. Excellent visibility; winds northwesterly and
brisk, 7-17 mph gusting to 29 mph

Raptor Observations:
Broadwings and Sharp-shinned Hawks, besides Turkey Vultures, made
up the bulk of the flight. Ten Bald Eagles of various ages, four
of them migrants.

Non-raptor Observations:
Greater Yellowlegs, Solitary Sandpiper, White-eyed Vireo, Gray
Catbird

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake
Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
