The Gray Catbird finally arrived. Seems late. I'd been trying to make the occasional female Cowbird in the quince shrub into a Catbird but the black cap was always missing until this morning.
Hummingbirds have also appeared two mornings in a row.
The adult White-throated sparrows are really spiffy looking in their crisp breeding plumage. It is such a treat to be able to see them up close.
