Visitors: Sherry Mattison scouted over the ridge on Belson Rd and at count locations lower on the escarpment.
Weather: Cold, brisk WNW winds. 100% cloud cover on arrival gave way to partial clearing between 11 and 1. Then clouds returned with scattered precipitation approaching from over Lake Erie.
Raptor Observations: Birds didn't take advantage of the wind lifting up the escarpment nor the additional warming when the clouds broke. Count conducted high on the escarpment at site #3.
Non-raptor Observations:
