Hi birders,We were just heading out when a Chukar flew into our yard at about 9.30 am. We got back about 12 and it is still there. It has been picking at grass seed stems (we have not yet mowed this year), and items on the ground. The bird is very tame, so we wondered if it could be an escape?Anyone have any ideas, or if we need to do anything for it? I guess it may fly out again when it is ready to leave.Amy Bechtel & John Shortis.
