Weather: Stared with drizzle of rain and cloudy , WSW winds, then becoming partly cloudy and clear with temps 60's to 70's.
Raptor Observations: In the first hour while sprinkles of rain and strong west winds 7 BW's went over across watch then NNE. most of hawks were barely visible naked eye high in sky. UF flew fast lower directly over watch but against light gray sky with no visible colors or markings. Late in day 1 C flew south and a SS flew into ridge non migrating.
