Weather: Overcast at the beginning of the day turning to sunny by the afternoon. Moderate winds out of the North for the whole day.
Raptor Observations: The resident bald eagle had a territorial dispute with a red-tailed hawk early in the morning then chased off a Cooper's hawk. Both resident bald eagles and red-tailed hawks frequently flew around the overlook.
