I am assuming the 2 birds at least. At shaker Trace are migrants. But it looks good
For breeding! We will see how long these bitterns stay here! It was great fun tonight
Seeing friends and fellow birders as we waited for the show to begin. They started
Vocalizing at 6:45. I love that sound! That’s all I was after. To hear them. Success!
I couldn’t stay through dusk, but everyone else did, and were rewarded with
Super views! Congrats everyone!
I will be exploring shaker Trace during my big year this year. Not many marshes
In Hamilton! Fernald is the only other one I can think of. Not sure how the new
Construction at Sharon woods is going to pan out re a true marsh.
Good birding all. Warm weather is coming!
