3 Caspian terns still present at the north end of Saratoga lake, hanging out with a few ring-billed gulls on a small private dock at the north end of the lake. Viewing from SR 9P is not ideal with the traffic, but there is a little shoulder going eastbound, and the dock is also visible from the east end of Franklin Beach Rd.
