Hi, all,
I encountered quite a few spring arrivals yesterday in Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge, including three Blue-headed Vireos. Other notables were Great Blue Heron, Northern Harrier, Barred Owl, Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Brown Thrasher, and Chipping, Field, Savannah, Song, and Swamp sparrows.
Also Eastern Tiger Swallowtails, West Virginia Whites, Eastern Commas, and Mourning Cloaks.
