There’s nothing important here just a few remarks. Juncos and white-throats are still here but I’m seeing chipping sparrows and hearing field sparrows. Today a ruby crowned kinglet was in the field although I haven’t seen one for weeks. Purple finches are at feeders and I’m assuming they’re migrating. Nice to be seeing goldfinches turning yellow. Woodpeckers are eating suet voraciously as mating season approaches. And I see that PA’s first .Virginia’s warbler is still in Montgomery County. Arlene Koch <davilene...>
