Weather: Rain overnight with last bit ending just before watch started. Wind S/SE, mostly 4-7 mph, but 6-9 mph late. Partly to mostly cloudy, temp 18-24F
Raptor Observations: GE(6): 1005 Unk, 1007 Sub, 1121 Unk(2), 1317 Sub, 1415 Juv. The Juv flew towards us from at least 1/2 mi away, flew overhead above the wires slowly, looking at us, then circled overhead, as if very curious about us.
The morning was productive, seemingly a continuation of yesterday, then there was a lull as the wind was light, then it picked up in second half of afternoon as wind increased.
Non-raptor Observations:
