Official Counter: Thomas Filip

Observers: Nick Bolgiano

Weather:
Variable wind in the morning that shifted back and forth between SSW and
WSW frequently, generally at 5-7mph with some stronger gusts. SW wind
12-15mph after noon and then lower S wind after 15:00. Mostly cloudy the
whole day with some short, small breaks in the clouds. Warm with a low of
17.6℃ and a high of 23.6℃.

Raptor Observations:
No GOEA spotted today.
Our GOEA count for March is 193 and the total for the season is 202 so far.
This is the third highest March count at Tussey with the highest being 225
in 2015.

Other migrating raptors include 1 OSPR, 4 RTHA, 7 TUVU, and 1 AMKE. Despite
decent wind conditions, the day was slow. All of our raptors today were
spotted between 12:00-15:00.

Non-raptor Observations:
https://ebird.org/checklist/S315288411

A flock of 8 PUFI were seen and 2 more were heard, a high count for the
season so far. 2 AGOl and 6 TRES were also seen.

Predictions:
Tomorrow looks to be mostly cloudy and rainy. I do not think there will be
many raptors, if any, but we may be able to get a few hours in if the rain
breaks in the morning.
