Hamilton county - picked up Golden plover! And pec. At a flooded field area. Good!
Because I am concerned about lack of shorebird habitat down here. We will manage!
Flooded fields in the spring. And lost bridge in the summer and fall I presume.

I got a late start, but still had plenty of time to scan for smiths Longspur in
Butler county. I tried my best! No luck…… I still need that for Ohio! It’s a hard one
To track down. The more birders scanning, the better. I will try again in April.

Hueston woods - Preble. White pelicans and the GWFG still there. Then scanning
Some more field areas on my way home. I am scanned out…… no smiths!

Good birding all. 111 for the big year.
