Subject: [birders] Yard birds
With the mix of spring and winter weather, I am seeing a mix of my usual winter ground feeders, and the influx of Red-winged blackbirds and grackles. First female Blackbird yesterday. I am also still having a mixed flock of more than 20 mostly American Tree Sparrows, a few Juncos and this morning, a yard high count of three beautiful Fox sparrows and one Song sparrow.
