last few with a low of 4.8℃ and a high of 14.9℃. Mostly sunny with SE winds
in the morning turning to mostly cloudy with SSE winds in the afternoon.
Generally consistent wind speed of around 20mph but we did have some
stronger gusts up to 30mph in the afternoon.Raptor Observations:4 GOEA
spotted today.*
*3 adult*
*10:34, 10:40, 13:47*
*1 unknown*
*12:29*

*Less action than expected today despite seemingly perfect conditions. The
4 GOEA that came through today were a little distant and somewhat difficult
to view. No raptors were spotted after the last GOEA at 12:29, making for a
slow afternoon.*

*Other migrating raptors include 8 BAEA, 6 RTHA, 1 RSHA, 1 SSHA, and 3
TUVU. The 8 BAEA were a high count for the season. 6 of the BAEA were
immature.Non-raptor Observations:https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Febird.org%2Fchecklist%2FS309667722&data=05%7C02%<7Cscbirdcl...>%7C8c24d4f65a0745c7378b08de83068bd1%7C7cf48d453ddb4389a9c1c115526eb52e%7C0%7C0%7C639092261304732279%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=j6iIZike%2FZNGD0kqHd6LPwAksXoPa%2Fr20z92fpjN8EI%3D&reserved=0

*The quietest day we have had so far. Not even the local songbirds or
woodpeckers made a sound today. The only notable sighting was a Killdeer
when I first arrived. Predictions:Looks to be rain all day. Tuesday looks
to be cold with W winds. Uncertain what the flight will be like. Days after
a storm can be good but W winds are hard to predict and it is getting late
in the GOEA migration season. Now that peak GOEA migration is ending, we
will probably see smaller numbers each day from now
on.------------------------------Report submitted by Thomas Filip ()Tussey
