Weather: Crikey was it WINDY!!!! Several times 40+mph gusts with average wind speeds up to 31mph. SE to ESE winds with cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. Chilly.
Raptor Observations: We had a decent look at a very unique, dark Buteo but was unable to identify. Hawks in Flight had nothing close to it. Likely something dark phased.

Non-raptor Observations: Hairy WP, A Crow, C Raven, BC Chickadee, WB Nuthatch
Predictions: Showers in the morning, then becoming windy with a steady rain in the afternoon. High 59F. Winds SW at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of rain 90%. Rainfall near a half an inch.
