Subject: [ia-bird] Beaver Bottoms Morning
Was a gorgeous morning at Beaver Bottoms Wetland, south of Granger! Waves
of Whitefronts, Snows, and Canadas winging northward. Also a pair of
Sandhills, and a trio of Trumpeters. The Woodies & Hooded Mergansers were
checking out our nest boxes. GW & BW Teal were abundant. Lots of RW
Blackbirds, with Bluebirds and singing Cardinals behind me and in the trees.
Muskrats were active, along with a mink plying the west shoreline, along
with another plying the north shore.

Have attached a favorite morning photo.
