Visitors:
Bernie O'Connor, Julie Leonard, Roger Donn, and Katie Andersen assisted
with the count. Visitors included Michele Franz, Jim Samuel, Brian
Berchtold, Doug Massey, Carol Allen, Christie, Jamie, and three or four
others.

Weather:
Some sun early then cloudy with strong SSW wind and unseasonably warm.

Raptor Observations:
A pretty decent flight of TV and RS for this early in the season. Birds
were flying close to the shore and most stayed down fairly low. The flight
was fairly steady, but began to wane as the clouds thickened and rain
arrived. Highlights were a Rough-legged Hawk and a Peregrine Falcon

Non-raptor Observations:
Large numbers of Red-winged Blackbirds, Common Grackles, and American
Robins passing through, especially early in the day. Other birds noted were
American Crow, Rock Pigeon, House Finch 1, European Starling, Ring-billed
and American Herring gulls, Pileated Woodpecker 1. Canada Goose 14,
Killdeer 4, Pileated Woodpecker 1

Predictions:
WSW wind and cooler with clouds in the AM with some sun in the PM. If the
winds are more off the lake, then I don't expect a lakeshore flight.
