Weather: The day started with -7.6 C temp. East ESE winds around 10-13 mph. Around 11a snow flurries started with increased white out of the south end of valley.
Raptor Observations: No raptors.
Non-raptor Observations: Red bellied wp, nuthatches, chickadees, juncos, tree sparrow, fox sparrow, downy wp, cardinals, mourning doves, cedar waxwings, robins, about 30 gulls, a couple canada geese, ravens, crows. Paul and Regina viewed a barred owl as they entered hawkwatch area.
