Earlier this afternoon I received a video from an individual in Montgomery County that was taken yesterday of a Crested Caracara. It's a bit shaky and blurry but it is clearly a Crested Caracara. From what I can tell it appears to be a younger bird so I don't think it's the same bird from Winfield in January. The directions I was given of where it was videoed are: "west of Independence KS on the west side of Hwy 75 and south of CR 4200."
