Red-tailed Hawk 1 Great Horned Owl 2 at one point. the one flew in to join the other. One was making rather soft buk buk buk buk buk sounds. New to me! The birds were calling off and on well before sunset, probably due to the overcast day Hairy Woodpecker 1 Yellow-bellied Sapsucker 1 just over the fence with the private gate, not far from visitor center Red-breasted Nuthatch 1 Cedar Waxwing 7 FOY so beautiful on a winter's day looking up at them. along path about half-way between visitor center and ponds
