Subject: [CT Birds] 2/5 - Birds at Shepaug Dam Eagle Viewing Area
2/5 - Shepaug Dam Eagle Viewing Area - only one Adult Bald Eagle at dam yesterday and it has been a slow year so far for our national symbol at this site.  However, other birds such as at least seven American Tree Sparrows feeding on the Little Blue Stem grasses were entertaining.  More Am. Tree Sparrows were at the feeders as well as an immature White-crowned sparrow.  Also, a Northern harrier passing by was a nice sight.
