While Jeff’s owl was on private property, a gentle reminder that owl reports for most situations are not allowed here. I am pasting from our rules below:
***Some birds should not be posted for the good of the bird. Examples are directions to accessible bird nests and any day-roosting owls - Screech, Great Horned, Barred, Barn, Long-eared and Saw-whet.
