Angela submitted that she saw a common raven carrying a twig. I had a very unexpected experience yesterday around my house when one of our frequent ravens made a very strange call which was sort of like electronic-generated rising bubbles. I didn't believe it at first until I watched it doing that flying in a huge circle over my neighborhood. I'm assuming that is a mating kind of call, but I could not find it when I googled it or went to birds of North America at Cornell. Does anybody know where I can hear a recording of something like this.
