Hi everyone,
We’re scheduled for the Troy Farmers Market on Saturday, February 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with setup around 8:45–9:00 a.m., and due to a last-minute change we’re currently without a lead. I had intended to send this out sooner, so my apologies for the short notice. I’m reaching out to see if anyone would be comfortable stepping in. If you’ve done this before, it’s simply covering the table and talking birds. You’re welcome to team up with a friend or family member if that makes it more enjoyable.
We just need coverage for the event window. One person could manage it, but ideally we’d have at least two people to trade off, and three or four total volunteers would be even better. It’s very simple. The winter market is indoors and tables are provided. All that’s needed is our HMBC tablecloth and a few small tabletop materials. Setup takes just a few minutes.
We’ve had steady, meaningful conversations at these markets, and consistency matters to the organizers. I’d prefer not to cancel if we can help it.
We’ll make a decision based on interest over the next few days and send an update by midweek. If you’re able to help on February 7, please let me know as soon as you can.
Thank you,
David
