Hello all, Regarding Neotropic Cormorants, I've been looking for them ever since I moved here a few years ago. And I deem them my nemesis bird (along with Sora, but that's another challenge). I've looked for them following reports and by my own intuition, but they always evade me. Any suggestions, please, on what time of days is best for them?
