For those interested, I have created a separate web page at sbcobirding highlighting the California Bird Atlas project with information related to Santa Barbara County. This is not something that you wouldn't find by navigating the various eBird pages, but I have collected the links and put them in one spot: http://sbcobirding.com/sbco-cabirdatlas.html Only one month in and 47 atlasers have submitted 290 checklists so far using the atlas portal, coding 55 species, and confirming 6 breeding species at this early date in the year.
