1:30-3:55. The Red-shouldered Hawk was one of my target birds. I got it within ten minutes! It was over by the end of "new" boardwalk. (near parking lot). This place, and any marsh area can be rewarding even in the dead of winter. All one has to do is keep their eye to the sky
