This morning I entered the Los Gatos Creek trail at Main St in downtown
Los Gatos. I walked south on the trail closest to Hwy. 17. At an opening
where an elevated metal structure crosses the creek I spotted the AM.
DIPPER dipping and singing on a rock in the middle of the stream. The
abundance of white droppings between the first and second spillway was a
clue to its location.
Do not disclose information that identifies the location of nesting birds of any species, to minimize stress on the nesting birds and the risk of vandalism or abuse.
