Hi Birders,
Today, at about 4PM, we saw a paddling of 10 Wood Duck on the south end of the reservoir.
We heard their distinct call, and about 5 minutes later saw them. We were on the Tony Look Trail and saw
them across the reservoir, a short distance south of the fire station.
In general, the area was fairly birdy. Notable sightings were a Cooper's Hawk, a male Belted Kingfisher and
5 very bright Townsend's Warbler.
