An apparent Taiga Bean-Goose was photographed today at Swartz Farm in South Schodack by Jim de Waal Malefyt. It looks very similar to the bird that spent much of early 2025 between Saratoga and Washington counties (and which itself had a short sojourn into Northern Rensselaer county.) most recently seen at
