Subject: [NHBirds] Pine grosbeaks, Sullivan
I saw a tight flock of 5 pine grosbeaks late this morning at my farm in
Sullivan feeding on the fruit of an oriental bittersweet vine about 35-50
feet up in a tree. They were also eating snow that had collected overnight
in the branch junctions. It looked like 3 were females and 2 were immature
males.
