Short yellow legs, plover sized body with stark white underside over mottled grey wings and back. Bill about the same size as its head."

- Comments: "This small flock was found along the fence line that separates Fairway #1 and the Driving Range. The birds occasionally retreat to the pines and other trees along the west side of Fairway #1. On 18 Nov 2025, and in many previous years, the Spizella flock is found not far away on the slope on the east side of Fairway 1. In both areas the flock is almost always found in dead, brown grass kept short by either weed whacking or lack of water."

As I focused on the bird, I noticed a strong supercilium & white undertail coverts. The overall color of the bird was more yellow than the olive gray of a OCWA."
