Distinctive body pattern, with a black body and white breast along with black head and bright red-orange bill. Had excellent views. iPhone photos to be attached."

- Comments: "Generally dark brown sparrow with grayish head, white chin. Rich brown colored back with black streaking. Sides gray-buff, unstreaked. Crown dark reddish brown. Seen at 34.4235, -119.7936 where it flushed out of the vegetation along the trail. One very obscured photo."
