The report came from Booker T Anderson Park in Richmond, but it hasn't been
confirmed. I was there yesterday afternoon with a few other birders. We saw
the Summer Tanager that has been continuing there, and another birder saw
the Tennessee Warbler, but we were never able to find anything resembling a
Lucy's Warbler.
