- Comments: "Went through pine tree where grace's hangs out in the back of catlin circle calling. The first one was pretty quite and left quickly but gave great views. The next 2 were way more noisy and more jumpy, probably a pair. There might be more in the area. pics"

What appeared to be a young male flew onto the power line directly above me. He had a black throat that appeared to be limited to only his throat. From below he appeared to be a greenish yellow color. Slightly decurved beak."

- Comments: "In the oft-reported pine at the northwest corner of Catlin Circle at 34.406609, -119.527571. Was at the south side of the tree, which seems its preference from my one other visit; then flew off southeast and was later found by Alex in nearby courtyard pine at 34.406242, -119.527280. After 20-30 mins of foraging then preening for a bit it flew back towards the original tree."
