2025 was my first full year of birding. Besides birding around my area I got to go out west and come to the fall GOS event at Jekyll. It was a great way to get immersed in the community and see some amazing birds.
I am not planning on doing a big year in Georgia any time soon, but this past year got me curious about what the most efficient way to do it would be.
Also, do you know anyone who has attempted one before? How did they do?
