I have a relative from Ohio planning to visit at the end of February. We're planning to visit the ag fields south of Yuma as well as Cibola NWR. I understand that the Oxbow Bridge over the Colorado is no longer an option. Do any of you have suggestions for a way to get to the refuge from Yuma? Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (I'd prefer not to go on the Arizona side, but I understand that that might be the best option.)
