A young birder friend of ours from Georgia, John Mark Simmons, was on his way home from Nevada to be with his family for Christmas. He was hoping to pick up some life birds, so we took him to the Stuttgart Municipal Airport where we found a few SMITH LONGSPURS, SPRAGUE'S PIPITS and several LeCONTE'S SPARROWS. Several friends from Searcy joined us, giving us a fun time and a few lifers.
