Subject: [sbcobirding] Mountain Plover Guadalupe and probable Eider
There's a mountain plover with photos at Rancho Guadalupe dunes south of
the parking lot. The coordinates are here:
34.9467240, -120.6570040

A female King eider was also reported in the estuary but was not confirmed
or refound but is worth looking for if you go. The observer worked in
Alaska and is very familiar with eiders.
