- Comments: "Found in sycamore across from entrance to loon point public beach access parking lot entrance at 4:18pm. It remained here mostly preening. Made some forays at 4:38, 4:40 to opposite side of Padaro Lane. But returned to this spot and looked like it was going to go to roost here. Defended the area from a Cassin’s kingbird, twittered several times and flew east at 4:49pm. A large kingbird, brilliant yellow below, white in chin, dark above that in face crown. Large bill. Slightly forked tail. High twittering call heard. The bird was heard calling from this area around 8:15am this morning and flew through the area headed northwest at 8:35am."

Small warbler with yellow throat and chest. Yellow eyebrow over dark eyestripe. Good look in binos but was camera shy for me. With yellow rumps in pine tree NW corner of Catlin Circle."

Found with a large Yellow-rumped Warbler flock in a mature pine adjacent to the Water District along Santa Ynez Ave (34.40527, -119.52652). Warbler showed a yellow throat and supraloral area, slaty-gray upperparts, two white wing bars, and whitish underparts with streaked flanks. Silent during observation. Photo to add."

- Comments: "Continuing. Initially I came across the bird in the pines in the apartment complex here: 34.4060228, -119.5273618. It flew to the pine at the end of Caitlin here: 34.4066178, -119.5276059. Gray back, bright yellow throat and supraloral, two wing bars. Photos."

- Comments: "Continuing, found by John Callender on Fri 12/12/25. Actively foraging in the canopy of the large pine at the northwest corner of Catlin Circle. Bright yellow throat and upper breast, broad yellow supraloral, gray uppers, black streaking on flanks, two white wingbars. Photos."
